I recently purchased a 1923 red collarless coat from the Kingston-upon-Thames Wallis Store (WL0008~). I fell in love with the coat having seen it featured in a magazine recently but when I attempted to buy the coat from Wallis online, I was informed that the coat in question was a limited edition and had completely sold out and was not coming back into stock. Following daily calls to the Wallis online service, I eventually traced a size 12 at the Kingston-Upon-Thames Store which is around 150 miles away from where I live. Having telephoned the store in question, the Manager very kindly agreed to post the coat to me as I was unable to travel to the store to purchase the coat having recently given birth to my first child. The coat arrived today and is absolutely gorgeous. I was so impressed with the way my purchase was dealt with by the Kingston-Upon-Thames Store who were so helpful and efficient in sending my order to me. I would recommend this store to others. They were so helpful.
